What is customs duty?

When goods are shipped to a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on each and every country. For example, many countries have a 'low value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.

If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported. We suggest to contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Delivery

Currently, we deliver Buzz Wear products to Romania, all EU countries, UK, Moldova, USA and Worldwide. Please find below the rates for each region. 

Delivery in Romania

The product reaches you in 1-3 working days from the moment you confirm the order.

Delivery in the UK

Your order will be sent in UK within 1-3 business days (Express Delivery for £6.99) and 5-7 business days (Standard Delivery for £4.99) for orders below £84.99 and will be FREE for orders £85+ and delivered within 2-4 business days. 

Delivery to EU countries 

The delivery to EU countries will take 2-11 business days and the delivery price will be £11.99 for orders below £180 and FREE for £180 and above.

Delivery to Moldova, USA & Worldwide 

The delivery to Moldova, USA & Worldwide will take 3-17 business days and the delivery price will be £12.99 for orders below £199.99 and FREE for £200+.

Returns

We accept returns only within 30 days of delivery, both domestic (UK) and international. 

Find the return conditions below:

  • If we sent the wrong item by accident, we offer exchanges to our customers.
  • We do not cover any fees associated with returning merchandise.
  • We do not issue refunds for shipping charges. This includes any fees paid for shipping or returning the item. Only the cost of the item is refunded.
  • BuzzWear will keep  £5 for orders from UK customers from the original sum for the delivery and £20 for orders from outside of UK from the original sum for the delivery and transaction fee. 
  • All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. When we receive your return, our team will do a quality inspection, and if it is damaged or worn in any way, we will be unable to issue a refund.

  • Please, write your order number on top of the parcel or leave a note inside before returning it.
